Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - Trofelia Tasting (Oinoscnet): Sampled from magnum
Very elegant, smooth, juicy, nice herbal notes, cherries and cinnamon.
Ultra-smooth in palate, nice and juicy again, velvety tannins, fruity, a touch herbal, feels a bit tired though , lacks strength in mid-palate, medium finish.

11/4/2022 5:49:00 AM - Hampe, this was sampled via Coravin (so that could justify the "tired" note), it is perfectly drinkable now, but there is no reason to keep a few more years. You could lose the freshness though
