Friday, April 12, 1991 - With MPL and BLR at S&F survey of '85 Cabs. Solid dark ruby color; looks powerful and concentrated. Fermentation smells, high extraction. Herbal. Not as deep or substantial. In the mouth, very soft, feminine. A bit "oily." Coconut in the finish. Fruit is "lovely," soft. Relatively developed and open-knit. Will it stand the test of time? Already it's not as good as I remember. 5-10-15-7: 87/100.
