Sunday, March 2, 2014 - tawny port in appearance with significant bricking. Wet earth, wet tobacco, fresh shiitake mushrooms, and dark chocolate on the nose. the same tobacco and earth come across first on the palate followed by a slight hint of cherry. The strong acidity leads to a very long finish.
