Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Opened this with some friends for dinner. Opened at 6:10 and let it breath for about an hour. Tasted great with a rib eye steak. Again another great wine from the cellar of Anton. This 36 year old wine was fantastic. Still may have a few years left if you have any. This was the last of 3 from the cellar for me.
