Wednesday, November 14, 2007 - Deep redstone color. Medium weight aroma includes violet, rose, and alcohol. Plum, cassis, tobacco flavors and the tannins still seem leathery and waiting to give us more. Finish gains ground after an hour or so decant. If had more, it would be cellared another 3+ years. (4+10+16+8) = 88
