Sunday, November 20, 2022 - Upon first taste, this tasted (and smelled) somewhat generic and quite ripe. I decanted it for hours and it came around to be a very nice wine. The nose never really opened up, but there is lovely dark fruit present, fine tannins, and a very balanced palate with a decently long finish. I think there is some good upside to waiting on this for a few years.
