Saturday, October 13, 2007 - Pale yellow in colour. Nose at first had some petrolly funk showing, which blew off after 15 minutes to reveal white fruits, citrus, minerals and lovely perfumed floral notes. Light bodied in the mouth with a little bit of spritz, more citrus, peach and apple flavours and good acidity with a medium length finish.
