Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Popped and poured. Was in the refrigerator. At first a little too cold to show its true glory but got better in 15 minutes. Exotic nose. The wine is medium bodied with good balance. Peaches, tropical fruits, mint come through on the palate with a nice acidic backbone. Drinks well now. I wouldn’t let it age too long.
