Community Tasting Note

No butter or leesy texture. The finish has some minerality but a distracting note of oak tannins that don't otherwise overwhelm the fruit. I guess that this needs to age for 2-3 years to show better. Would not pair this with seafood as Ridge suggests, but with simply prepared pork chop, it was nice.
