Thursday, July 9, 2020 - Did virtual tasting with winery. Vertical of ‘15, ‘16 and ‘17. The ‘17 was our least favorite. Probably because it is still young and quite tannic. Flavor profile didn’t seem to have the bright red and black fruits that other vintages expressed. Finish was very short and abrupt. Maybe more time will help wine evolve?
