Tuesday, February 19, 2013 - Healthy red color. This is full of brettanomyces, but with air, this let up to reveal secondary perfume, herbs and pretty red fruit. Typical light weight, oregano and pepper, strong minerality. Lean and stops short of being austere. Unlikely to improve from here.

2/20/2013 11:01:00 AM - Thanks for bringing this wine back from the depths of my cellar. I will pull the cork on one soon to see how it has held up in my cellar. No notes but I recall being struck by well-stuffed tobacco notes in its youth.
