Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Intense aroma of fresh ripe blueberry, raspberry, mangosteen, lime. Additional layer of exiotic red flowers. Fresh linear acidity lingers - probably no or little malo. Medium amount of sandy/seedy tannin is well integrated imto the fruit/style. Amazing focus and concentration of fruit, it tastes “literally” fresh, as if eating the fruit directly. Powerful despite 11.5% abv. Truly distinct and characterful.
