Monday, March 4, 2024 - This is surprisingly good. Cherry and tart-sweet black currant with hint of forrest floor and very balanced acidity and fine tannins. This was 2 hours after taking 3/4 cup for cooking. Would buy again. Fantastic QPR, it just needs time.
