Friday, December 18, 2020 - Deep, inky ruby in colour with aromas of sweet black fruit, blueberry & subtle oak/earth. On the palate, bold flavours of tart black fruit, blueberry/blackberry/cassis, well integrated American oak/vanilla with medium acidity & high slightly angular tannins. Finish is long with black pepper & stewed prunes.
