Thursday, July 13, 2023 - Copenhagen Restaurants; 7/10/2023-7/14/2023: By the bottle in Restaurant Palægade in Copenhagen. Aromatic nose of red berries, cherries and tea. Very elegant medium bodied, medium-high acidity and tannins. Long finish. Still young and the tannins are prominent at this stage but this shows a lot of promise and will certainly develop complexity over time.
