Monday, March 27, 2023 - Pnp from coravin and drinking so well. Wishing I could open the rest of the bottle and drink the rest, but real life is getting in the way.
Dark fruits, gamey meaty, olives, tar, pepper, tomatoes and roasted vegetables (in a good way, I know it sounds awful). This is like drinking a meal. Long finish and just outstanding. I’m probably rating too low.

Edit: I still enjoyed on day 2 but my husband insisted it smelled like portable toilets. Just giving full disclosure;-)
