Wednesday, April 3, 2024 - Second bottle from a half case purchased from the Dutch importer in 2021. Last tasted in November 2022 when it was ill at ease with itself but showed promise. Today it still displays that steely compactness which makes it less easy to approach, but the aromas develop well in the glass over seven hours. The finish remains a bit hard, and I wonder how this will develop. With ample air this is now ready to drink.
