Sunday, November 15, 2020 - Decanted and enjoyed with a smoked pork shoulder. Youthful, but approachable, with juicy flavors, and a smooth mouthfeel. Red and blue fruits: cherry, blueberry, raspberry, green herbs, black tea, coconut oil, and moist black earth. Components not quite completely integrated, tannin and acids still looking for harmony. Medium plus finish. Can drink now,but additional cellaring will support further development. Drink through 2028.
