Tuesday, December 22, 2020 - Opened in bottle for 4-5 hours. Actually more approachable/juicy in the first 2 hours and closing off near the end. Raspberry, black cherry, clove, anise, oak and mineral. Really nice stuff with good depth but just not something I crave often given the sweetness. Likely better in a few years.
