Friday, January 28, 2022 - Light ruby color with red hues. Didn't take notes, but from memory... it was spicy, fresh, fruity but dry. Good viscosity, easy drinking, medium complexity, medium bodied, good acidity, soft tannins. Great for everyday drinking with or without food. Smooth and velvety, will buy it again! 🤩
