Por copas. Curiosos aromas a pisto de verduras, regaliz, ciruelas negras y picotas maduras. Sabroso y con un alto grado de acidez. Final ligeramente tánico pero al mismo tiempo jugoso y de buena persistencia. Tradicional aunque hay mejores ejemplos.
