Saturday, January 14, 2023 - 1.5 hour decant. Solid backbone, very prevalent Cab Franc notes.
Nose: red fruit, strawberry, kirsch, vegetal notes, olive?
Body: stewed red fruit, hint of pyrazine/bell pepper but by no means overwhelming.
