Monday, October 16, 2023 - Peay pinot - thank you Vanessa! I consider the Scallop Shelf to be their BEST (some may argue). The black dark cherry and roses; the floral and forest aromas; the mild body with smooth tannins and mild acidity. What more do you want (old world tobacco)? This is an excellent wine to pair with Mediterranean chicken, salmon, or a variety of light dishes. If you don't enjoy it as a "light" pinot noir, let me know.
