Wednesday, January 12, 2022 - Wet earth, tobacco leaves, floral notes and pretty black fruit. You can tell it’s of age but there’s a brightness to it’s fruit with some chalkiness and minerality.
p.s. lamb with mint jelly paired with roasted cauliflower and salad.
