Saturday, April 14, 2018 - One of the wines featured at OperaWine 2018 in Verona. Natural, unfined, unfiltered, 100+ year-old-vine Cannonau. Amazingly complex, rich and still relatively youthful, despite being 14-years old. The label says 17% abv, but it doesn't seem quite that high. It is definitely worth trying after a decant. The back label warns that "every bottle can be different," so expect bottle variation.
