Wednesday, August 17, 2022 - What a difference a day makes! Upon opening, cherry cough syrup with a raisiny, funky almost heat-spoiled bite. Not quite (pun!) what I expected. The raisiny funk blew off a bit, but not enough for me to have a second glass. But, put it under vacuum and thought I would try again tomorrow. Well, it’s tomorrow and the wine is completely different. Still a bit of funk and a touch of bitterness, but interesting in a good way. Would be happy drinking this with tapas in a Spanish cafe. Probably would not buy again, but we’ll worth trying it.
