Monday, April 3, 2023 - This wine continues to drink very well with notes similar to my last tasting 10 months ago: notes of green apple, citrus, floral notes, grass clippings and herbs - nicely balanced. Paired with stir fried Dungeness crab. One of my all time favorite SB.
