Thursday, February 11, 2021 - Very pale yellow in color, with a hint of light green. Tart, citrus-y nose, a slight green note. Palate is pear, lemon peel, a spicy element like clove (?), light- to medium-weight, subtly bitter mid-palate to finish. I did not taste side-by-side with the Eisele SB, but my sense is this is a notch below in terms of integration and balance. Very nice though.
