Monday, April 25, 2022 - After loving the last bottle, this one a year later was a bit different.
Lot's of citrus notes especially grapefruit along with notes of grassiness. Overall, nice acidity and balance, but the grapefruit was a bit too pronounced and held this back from being as great as it can be. Will see if an off bottle or a bit more time will balance this back out like the last bottle.
