Friday, June 17, 2022 - An amazing sauvignon blanc - notes of green apple, citrus, floral notes, grass clippings and herbs, all in harmonious balance. Nice acidity and lang finish, this wine paired beautifully with crab meat rissoto. This is my first bottle of this vintage and look forward to seeing how it evolves over the next few years.
