Thursday, September 30, 2021 - Pop and pour. Incredibly open right from the bottle. Slight petrol nose. Initially a bit tight, but perfect balance of acidity and fruit. Opens over time to reveal orchard fruits, apricot and honey with a firm backbone of acidity. The complexity is astounding at such a young age. Finish lingers wonderfully and calls you back for more. So young but so enjoyable.
