Tuesday, June 9, 2020 - Lively and fruity, with roundness and little tannin imparted from five months of barrel aging. Floral and herbaceous aromas backed by black cherry, raspberry, warm bread dough, apple skin, spice, and gravel flavors. There is a slight touch of reduction in the finish. Well made, quite enjoyable with a chill.
