Saturday, July 5, 2014 - (MidWinter Brunner:Truffles+Wagyu+TextBookWines) Malty, nestum cerals, honeysuckle, soy, oily and linoleum. Bright acidity, fino sherry yeasts lifted with preserved lemons. Long leafy finish, reminiscent of autumn woods, complex, oily and really opens up with time. Expressive and special.
