Tuesday, November 21, 2023 - Deep ruby with blackberries, blackcurrant and menthol on the nose. The purity of fruit dances on the tongue in balance with the acidity and smooth tannins. White pepper, fresh leather and smoked lardons wrapped by rich black fruit. Excellent wine and still plenty of years left ahead, but drinking well now.
