Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - Very big, fairly dense but lots of fruit, with layers of complexity developing and notable length. It should have many years of life and even further development if I can bear to wait. Very Penfolds in character, not as distinctive as Grange (nothing is) but well above what we used to regard as their “basic” wines, eg Bin 28, which is still excellent.
