Once it began to open it showed excellent dark fruits, nice oak overtones and a decent albeit brief finish. It was still a bit tannic but not overly dry or bitter. My guess is another couple of years may improve it so will wait until 2012 to try the next one. QPR is very low at this point. Hopefully it will recover with time.
