Friday, August 6, 2010 - Drank with Weber grilled Porterhouses, rice and broccoli, popped, decanted and poured w/o waiting. Opened nicely over the next 2 hours and was as usual a great bottle of wine. Blue black fruits, casis and just enough wood to balance it all. The things that suffered most by being drunk as a pop and pour were the nose and finish was a little truncated.
