It probably sat open in the bottle for an hour then spent maybe 30 min in the decanter before consuming with a main course of hanger steak and confit potatoes. You can tell the wine is young and coming into its own but it was still excellent. If you've got this one in the cellar I'd say you can sit on it 5-10 years and it will probably develop into a 94+ wine. If you decant now i'd say it's still a fantastic wine in the 91-93 range.
