Saturday, November 14, 2015 - Took to Europa Restaurant in Herndon. Delicious, only getting better with age. Still dark but a smidge lighter at the edges. Cedar and dark fruit on the nose. Tannins are smoothing out but still noticeable an hour after opening. Not necessarily a baby, maybe a teenage with years ahead of it.
