Saturday, February 16, 2008 - Drank at a wine tasting along with an 03' Betz Cabernet and an 03' Showket. The Berringer was decanted for 3 hours and served at room temp. This wine is worth the price. Deep dark fruit and smooth tannins that frame a complete wine. Finish lingers for more than a minute. I must point out that the Showket and the Betz both showed well and had much harsher tannins.
