Thursday, March 27, 2008 - Pebble Beach Food and Wine; 3/27/2008-3/30/2008 (Pebble Beach Resort, CA): Sweet nose of tobacco, cassiss, hints of cherry and floral notes. Palate is very smooth with velvety tannins, but still well structured. Long finish. Excellent Napa style cab and should improve over next few years.
