Saturday, December 2, 2017 - 04 - 07 Beringer Vertical Tasting (My House): The oldest of a 4 year Beringer vertical. It was drinking very well. There was red fruit and spice on the nose. I did like some of the old world qualities of the wine. It was #2 behind the 2007, which may not be a fair comparison. I still thought this was an excellent wine. I think it is in its prime drinking window now.
