Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Clear medium pink with a hint of orange. Aromas of cranberry, raspberry and spice (cinnamon?). The fruit carries into the taste of the wine without the spice. Flavour is slightly sweet with a tingling mouth watering acidity.
Pinot Noir 60% Gamay 30% Pinot Meunier 10%
