Saturday, January 30, 2021 - A distinctive example of a Shea pinot, soft red fruit (raspberry) in a brambly and mineral-infused wrapping. Soft tannins and an extended finish. I often pair Shea with more exotically flavored dinners since the flavor profile has so many dimensions.
