Saturday, June 18, 2022 - This is a more serious rosé than most I have had recently. Colour is slightly deeper and less salmon than the typical rosé de Provence. There is more heft, roundness and depth than in those but I felt it was holding something back aromatically. Having just heard great enthusiasm from a reliable source for the 2020, I wonder if this has not gone into a passing slightly dumb phase, if that is possible with a pink. Good though.
