Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Delicious and bursting with old-vine intensity; black licorice, roasted herbs & spices, and plenty of earthiness. Consumed over many hours and it never slowed down. I'm guessing it has considerably more time for enjoyment; perhaps 5 more years.
