Tuesday, July 5, 2022 - Pours a translucent, barely yellow color. Almost clear. Hints of flinty reduction. Lovely texture. Bright, brisk, green apple and then some sweetness rounds the palate. Nice weight. Easy to devour on warm day. Delicious.
