Monday, September 27, 2021 - 13.3% abv. Bright burgundy red, very aromatic. I pulled this bottle out of my dark cellar and opened it, thinking it was a 16! Oops! Raspberry, red cherry, sage and mint with a gentle tannic edge. Excellent depth and length. Way too early to open this precocious wine, but it is delicious anyway. Fortunately I have more and these will be opened, beginning in around 2025 - she is going to be a rare beauty. In the meantime, I am greatly enjoying this beautiful young wine!
