Pale straw color, lychees, creme brûlée, fresh hay and toasted oak on the nose. On the palate: smooth, buttery entrance, that develops into complex pear, gooseberry and lemon-peel with great mineral drive on the mid-palate, well-balanced acidity and well-integrated oak. Finish is long and spritzy with citrus peel (see my profile for grades)
