Sunday, February 19, 2023 - I bought a bottle as a curiosity and wound up with a really delicious bottle of wine. A whiff of reduction on the nose opens up to some creamy citrus fruits, not too dissimilar from a good chardonnay. There's a little richness/sweetness on the palate which would probably make it very good with richer seafood dishes.
